Christine graduated from King’s College London Dental Institute with Honours and subsequently completed her speciality programme in Oral Surgery. Christine is a Consultant Oral Surgeon and a registered Specialist in Oral Surgery on the GDC specialist list. She is also an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Sheffield Dental Institute.

Christine holds a Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery and the Tricollegiate Membership of Oral Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She also holds a Postgraduate Degree in Dental Education and currently teaches and examines undergraduate and postgraduate dentists. Christine has published in several peer-reviewed journals and has presented her work at national and international dental and surgical conferences.

Currently, Christine works in both primary and secondary care. Her clinical interests include surgical extractions of teeth, including wisdom teeth and soft tissue lesions, management of jaw cysts, and the management of anxious patients under conscious sedation.

In her spare time, Christine enjoys travelling and runs her own dental charity ‘Mobile Smiles’ which volunteers dental services to those less privileged in rural Africa.
