Your treatment journey

Prior to your consultation with one of our professional cosmetic dentists, we can offer a free virtual or in-house chat with one of our friendly and knowledgeable treatment coordinators, who can:

  • Give you an introduction to a chosen treatment or help guide you through various options that can be available.
  • Listen to your expectations of treatment.
  • Outline the costs involved.
  • Reassure anxious patients.
  • Be a point of contact for you throughout the treatment process.

Step 1: Consultation

Your dentist will check over your teeth and mouth. Good dental health and oral hygiene are a prerequisite for teeth whitening.

Step 2: In-surgery teeth whitening

Hydrogen peroxide gel and a special light are used in combination to enhance the shade of your teeth.

FAQs

1. Do you offer at-home teeth whitening treatment?

We also offer home whitening. This is a take-home treatment that yields longer-lasting results of up to 3 years and can be combined with Philips Zoom™ in-surgery whitening.

2. Which whitening treatment is right for me?

We recommend Philips Zoom™ to patients who are eager to have whiter teeth as quickly as possible and who wish to whiten their teeth to a moderately white shade. Home whitening is a longer-lasting treatment that takes a little longer to produce results (14 days normally) and produces longer-lasting results of up to 3 years vs Philips Zoom™ (6 months).

3. Is Philips Zoom™ whitening painful?

Teeth whitening is not a painful process. In fact, it’s amongst the most minimally invasive cosmetic dental treatments available. You may experience some tooth sensitivity for a few days during or after treatment. We can recommend an anti-sensitivity toothpaste to relieve this.
